Once hand-picked at peak ripeness, our coffee cherries are immediately transferred to elevated African drying beds. Here, they undergo a meticulous washing and curing process where they are continuously turned by hand under the natural sun to ensure completely uniform drying and strict moisture control.
This intensive, hands-on milling and drying stage is managed entirely in direct coordination with our family-owned export partner, Wete Ambela Coffee Export PLC, in Ethiopia. By maintaining exclusive command over the supply chain from the initial harvest to final export container, we eliminate traditional broker friction and guarantee major U.S. grocery channels 100% farm-to-shelf traceability, strict safety documentation, and reliable volume consistency.
